Hoo boy. It took me learning that I'm not as unknown as I thought I was to get kicked in the teeth and get my own butt in gear once more!

What's to say... Well, I'm doing well at my job, I'm working on Shadows of Abaron once more (FINALLY. I've got three more pages to colour for this chapter, which is set so far to be around 30 pages long. Much much longer than Chapter 1, even though CH.1 was just simply setting the mood), and I'm finally working on my card game!

What card game is this, you may ask? Well, nothing but something which has sat on my mind for almost a year now! This past January, I celebrated my first year of ComicFury, and I really did not have a lot to do for it.

This page inaugurates my return to creating comics, and making awesome stuff.

Now, back to the game idea. I've wanted to make a game for a long time now, but I've neither the modeling experience nor the coding expertise to do such a thing.

The answer? A tabletop game, something that I can work on and playtest every step without having to compile horrifically archaic code that somehow breaks computers, or turns off gravity.

The game is called Furious Factions, the Multiverse Battle Card game. While, yes, it does require a board, it doesn't require much more than that. The cards are being drawn (By me, unfortunately - it's hard to get people interested in a project you don't really have much to show for) for two of the "factions," which are the United Terran Expeditionary Force, the UTEF, and the Kingdom of Abaron.

What exactly IS Furious Factions, then? Imagine I took an RTS, and found a way to take the core components of an RTS and boil them down into card format? While people might go, "You're ripping off Magic The Gathering!" I am a big fan of MTG, but Furious Factions is a little less... shall we say, price-heavy so that you can have good cards. There is one simple rule to start out with: You CANNOT mix Faction cards. Each Faction's cards have the Furious Factions name designed with the Faction symbol in between the two words. Blue for UTEF (The background), and Red/Grey for Abaron (On account of Jonas Arkest' usual colours).

Enough about that! How do you guys like the new page?

A lot of people like that pose.

Knight Lord don't care. He'll climb up a cliff in full armor any time.
